Vacancy for Junior Accountant:
Job Role:
. Records daily journal entries after verifying the validity of the transactions.
· Analyses, Reconciles and follow ups on banks transactions and prepares bank reconciliation on daily basis.
· Petty cash recordings and follow up. Posts journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
· Records and follow ups on Accounts Receivable transactions, collections and annual balances confirmation.
· Records and follow ups on Accounts Payable transactions and prepare payments (Cash, Checks and transfers) and annually balances confirmation.
· Maintains and Records Fixed assets on Purchase, depreciation and disposal
· Prepares and files local compliance reporting as necessary
· Assists in preparing financial statements (Balance sheet & Income Statement) periodically.
· Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
· Supports in cash management Customer relationships and implementation of the ERP system.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Qualifications on ACA, ACCA is a plus but not required.

Min. 1 year of experience in Accountancy.
Work on Oracle financial ERP System R12 is preferable.
good experience in Microsoft office
