Runners/Waiters
* Maintain and implement a high level of Sanitation Standards as
per the restaurant’s operating procedures at the work station and
side work areas. The job holder must ensure that the floor, undertables, passages, chairs, sofas and displays are well cleaned.
* Stay in charge of the tables and provide an efficient service to
the guests while maintaining a high level of organization which
will have an impact on the tables’ turnover.
* Ensure that the Food and Beverage items are provided to the
guests in a timely manner
* Posses a thorough knowledge of the tables and station
numbers; and continuously assist the supervisor in the assigned
stations as well as other stations to ensure the presence of a
highly effective, timely and efficient service throughout the
restaurant.
* Respond to guests’ questions and inquiries in a polite and a
positive manner; answer as accurately as possible
* Always inform the direct manager/supervisor of the presence of
an unsatisfied guest
* Maintain a professional physical (personal) appearance as per
the specifications of the dress code, hygiene, cleanliness, and
uniform to ensure that they are up to the company’s standards
* Support team members whenever required as per operational
needs and requirements.
