United Pharma is looking for an experienced “Female Tender Specialist & Medical Assistance) , Please check the following responsibilities and requirements .
1- Responsibilities:
• Implementing an efficient End to End tendering process from collecting tender documents, preparing tender documentation right through to contract award and tender result data analytics and reporting.
• Coordinates, prepare and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other tender documents that are responsive to client requirements and in compliance with company objectives are completed in a timely manner.
• . Provides data for the preparation of the quotations required, taking care of the completeness, and sending timely documentation
• Liaises with internal stakeholders, (Product Specialist, Regulatory, Finance, and Customer
• Support), to ensure appropriate input into bid documentation.
• Build a trust base professional relationship with the decision maker in health authorities
• Follow up the ongoing tender, Co-ordinate with logistics and warehouse until the orders delivered to the health authorities.
• Participate in market surveys to enrich the existence portfolio with new products which have potential in the market.
2- Requirements;
• B.Sc. in Pharmacy or Dentistry.
• From 0–1-year experience in tender business.
• English very good speaking & writing.
• Have a very good medical background.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft applications to manage daily tasks.
• Dynamic, with personal initiative, business drive and ability to achieve goals with minimal direction.
• Very good communicator.
• Driving license is preferred.
