CIVIL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a Construction site.
• Design strategy and set goals for growth.
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
• Direct the employee assessment process.
• Prepare regular reports for upper management.
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations.
• Vendor management and development.
• Project Management and Project Budgeting and budget controlling.
• Change management (project time and cost management).
• Support construction team in developing the masterplan, concept plan, and detailed design for major expansion/construction works.
• Develop procurement strategies.
• Plan regular meetings with engineers and maintain minutes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should have 12+ years’ experience in the construction industry with high-rise.
• Should be able to coordinate with Architect.
• Material Handling & in time completion.
