Location: Kuwait

Urgently hiring Sales representative for a Multinational food production company.

Position Responsibilities:

*Planning and organizing schedules to call on prospective new accounts.
*Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling.
*Regularly call on existing customers to process orders and generate new sales
Identifying customer needs and expediting the resolution of problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction; *monitoring sales volumes and recommending products and solutions.
*Multidimensional skills including but not limited to customer service, damage control, money collections, handling accounts payable for clients, managing low percentage of credits and returns, etc.
*Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments such as purchasing, warehouse and transportation.
*Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Required Qualifications:
*High school diploma
*Arab National Preferred
*2 or more years of food industry related experience.
*Experience meeting sales goals.
*Able to put together and execute new business prospecting plans
*Proven negotiator.
*Self-confident/motivated
*Organized strategy for maintaining product knowledge.
*Effective presentation skills.
