Siemens - Kuwait - Is looking to recruit a Senior Civil Engineer

Work from the ground up, developing the project scope, schedule and budgets
Understands the design, engineering and project specification related to the whole project
Prepares and revises costing and estimations for civil works executed throughout the project
Coordinates with all assigned parties (consultants / contractors / subcontractors / authorities) to ensure compliance
Reviews and evaluates the Concept Design / Detailed design and tender documents of the project during design and execution stages
Co-ordinate all project work packages (Civil/Trenching, Building) with responsible sub-contractors
Provides clear and technical advice to consultants/contractors/sub-contractors on all the technical aspects
