PRE COMMISIONING SUPERVISOR
Skilled on instrument knowledge (DCS/ESD system) , instrument commissioning (loop check ,testing instrument technician ), working with vendor and end-user (coordination), document controls to be submitted to customer
Commissioning Engineers
Commissioning Engineers skilled on coordination of supervisor’s work including supervisor’s skills
BMS ENGINEEER
• Experience in Design and implement BMS , Including installation of fire alaram,cctv,PAS (Public addressing system) etc.
• Manage, Schedule and Monitor the implementation of Access Control, CCTV and structured Cabling System .
• Ensure Compliance with HSE and QA/QC procedures
• Lead and Guide site engineers and Supervisor
• Ability to communicate in a clear and simple manner in verbal and written
• Must be B.TECH/BE
• Must have minimum 7 years of experience
• Maximum age should be 40 years

• Has to Prepare Plans ,Details, Specified and cost estimate of plumbing, heating ,ventilating , air conditioning and general piping system

• Tracking Budgets and keeping a close eye on purchase orders , cost analyses and estimated production costs

• IPC Preparation

• Co-Ordinate with Clients

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in construction field

• Possess Excellent communication and organization skills

• B.TECH/B.E IN MECHANICAL

• HSE Manager - Min. 10 years and 5 years GCC experience
- HSE Engineer - Min. 6 years and 3 years GCC experience
- HSE Officers/Inspectors Min. 3 years and 1 year similar industrial experience.

MECHANICAL DRAFTMAN
• DESIGN AND AUTOCAD DRAFTING OF COMPLETE MECHANICAL WORKS INCLUDING, REFRIGERANT PIPING, CHILLED WATER PIPING, DIFFUSERS / GRILL SIZING ETC. AND PLUMBING, DRAINAGE AND FIRE FIGHTING LAYOUTS.
• GOOD KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN USING REVIT, AUTO CAD, NAVI AND BIM.
• MAKES NECESSARY CALCULATIONS FOR DRAWING DEVELOPMENT.
• DO QUANTITY TAKE-OFF’S USING CAD MEP AND CAM DUCT SOFTWARE AND PROVIDE QUOTATION AS PER BOQ/SHOP DRAWINGS.
• GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS, CONFLICT-RESOLUTION SKILLS.
• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5-6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN BIM MODELLING AND REVIT.
• SHOULD HAVE MECHANICAL DIPLOMA OR ITI.
