2- Answering queries, and provide direction in a respectful manner.
3- Greets visitors, determines the nature/ purpose of visit, and directs them accordingly.
4- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic and English ).
5- The ability to keep calm under pressure.
6- Efficiency and excellent organizational skills.
7- The ability to work under own initiative.
8- Basic IT skills ( office package ).
9- The ability to work telecommunication systems (telephones, fax machines, switchboards, etc).
10- Dealing with common problems at the reception area, and create a related report
