COSTUMER CARE OFFICER

Job Requirements:

- Responding promptly to client’s inquiries
-Keeping records of client’s interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

Work Requirements:

-Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role
-Ability to stay calm when clients are stressed or upset
-strong and confident communicator
-Bilingual (English/Arabic)

Nationality: Arab Nationals (can speak and understand kuwaiti language)
Salary: 350KD-400KD
Visa Type: 18 visa transferable
