Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
• Managing all the social media channels for group companies as per the marketing strategy.
• Monitor social media accounts, develop & post content & respond to interactions as per company guidelines & social media plan.
• Generate, edit, publish & share daily content by coordinating with team members.
• Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, & encourages audience participation.
• Track the promotion spends, report it on monthly basis & analyze the insights to get actionable items.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or similar. Well versed with Social Media Marketing. Good understanding of Social media metrics like Engagement rate, conversion rate, ROI.
• Experience of managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter Accounts for business.
• At least 2 years of experience in the similar field.
• Skills Required: Creative Acumen, Proactive, Digital Savvy, Eye for detailing & Excellent Command on Arabic language.
