Installation with Testing & Pre-Commissioning of the following:-
• Installation of Conduits, cable Trays, Manholes, Trenches.
• Cable Laying and Wire Pulling, Device Fixing, Tagging, Ferruling for Electrical,Fire Alarm,PAGA And BMS System.
• Installation of Power Panels (DBs,MSBs, MLTPs) and Control Panels (DOL & Star Delta Starter, VFDs).
• Cables Termination for Electrical DBs,MSBs and DDC Panels.
• Installation of Earthing (Protective Earth and Instrument Earth) and Earth Pits.
• Installation of Copper Lightning Arrester.
• Installation & Termination of Communication Panels (DATA & Telephone).
• Installation & Termination of Fire and Gas Devices (SD,HD,GD,BG,Sounder and Sounder with Flasher).
• Installation & Termination of DDC Panel (BMS System).
• Installation & Termination of JBs and Control Wiring for VAVs,FCUs and Condenser Unit, Package Units (HVAC System).
• Installation & Termination of Differential Pressure Switches (DPS),Sensors (Supply,Mixer,Return), Actuator, Dampers (GTD,FSD)and Relays for AHU (HVAC System).
• Continuity and Insulation Resistance Test for Power and Control cables and Motors
(EFs,SFs,BFs,Fire Fighting Pump and Irrigation Pump).
• Installation & Termination of Electrical Duct Heater(EDH).
• Installation & Termination of Temperature & Humidity Transmitter (THT) and Pressure Transmitter (PT).
• Troubleshooting for Electrical Short circuits and DOL & Star Delta Starter.
• Using Test Equipments with Calibration Certificates (Megger, Multimeter,Insulation
Tester,Clamp meter,Tone and LAN tester).
• Installation of Instruments and Devices to the correct Hookup Drawing.
• To Review Engineering Drawings, Data Sheets, Technical requisition and Specifications.
• Update Drawings, specifications, Submittal Received and Approved by the Client for
Construction Site Copy/Issue for Construction.
• Involved in Commissioning of Instruments, Loop Checking, Signal Checking of All Instruments which has coming from Control Room.
• Support and Assist The Client During Testing and Commissioning of the Equipments/System.
• Involved and Explain During The Quality Control (QC) Inspection of Equipments/System.
• Prepare Material Request (MR).
• Prepared Monthly and Daily Progress Reports.
• Monitoring and Reporting System is in Place and All Construction Operations Following the Approved Scheduled.
• Responsible for methodical and systematic routine receiving Inspection, Site Acceptance testing and Final Inspection of Electrical and Instrumentation Erection and Installation.
