Roles & Responsibilities:
·Follow the formal procedures for developing and increasing productivity in call center
·Follow up with customers whenever necessary
·Provide high quality service to aware customers with the company products and services
·Communicate with customers by telephone, e-mail and face to face if required
·Handling customers complaints according to company policies and regulations
·Maintain accurate records of discussions and correspondence with clients
·Know company's products and services & adhere to company's internal policies
·Keeping abreast of everything new in the field of customer service by following social media that expand your understanding
