ALARGAN International Real Estate Company … is now locally hiring "IT Team Leader" for a new Project as below:

The IT Team Leader manages IT Dept. covering software Implementation, system administration, along with usual day-2-day helps desk support. Plans, directs, manages and oversees the activities, operations and projects of the IT Department; administer the IT budget, staff and physical facilities of the department. Ensure systems design and implementation efficiency to develop new and/or modifies AUK information processing systems to deliver cost effective, reliable, timely, high-quality computer and telecommunications systems and information services.

Job Duties:
- Directs and participates in the development of goals, objectives, policies and procedures for the Information Technology Department.
- Establishes information technology standards including those for hardware, software and local area networks; coordinates and reviews acquisition of hardware, software and automation-related services, including development and implementation
- Translate company mission and objectives into work plan for the IT Department
- Manage Service Level Agreements with 3rd Parties, both as service provider, and as a client.
- Direct & monitor the daily work of the support team to ensure best IT services for end users
- Direct & monitor the daily work of System administrator to ensure best performance of systems infrastructure within the company
- Manage the IT Operations team to ensure best IT contribution in the company real estate projects
- Direct & monitor the daily work of networks team to insure best performance of network infrastructure in our supported sites.
- Manage the business applications team to confirm they provide best service and maximum contribution in the company business processes.
- Confirm that backup/restore plans are operational
- Plan, direct, and apply IT portion of the company business contingency plan.
- Provide direction for IT team members.
- Identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement
- Recommend employee promotions, salary adjustments, and disciplinary actions and approve vacation and overtime
- Maintain and promote staff motivation by addressing employee grievances promptly and escalating when necessary and enforcing fair and equitable compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Professional courses in the Networking and Microsoft systems are required; MCP CCNA, MCSE
