This department serves as a section for the student population, which is presently less privileged in terms of having standard educational institutions and facilities.
Job Description
? Leadership Skills
The suitable candidate must have enlisted leadership skills.
1. Decision Making Abilities- An ideal candidate must have profound decision-making skills so that the operations should go smoothly.
2. Team Building- This project is expected to have a good potential for development and progress, and we hope soon we will have to expand and hire more employees. The supervisor should possess the capabilities to develop a dedicated and result-oriented team.
3. Adaptability- With the growth of staff and students a “must have” trait is adaptability and accepting the challenges of “change in the environment.”
4. Problem Solving- The employers are keen to see a strong problem-solving ability in a suitable candidate. The candidate must be capable of dealing with all the situations independently.

? Technical Skills
The suitable candidate must have enlisted technical skills.
1. The main role will include developing and supporting effective practices for children with SLD, PMLD, CLDD, other challenging behaviors and additional needs.
2. Be able to assess students who have long or short-term learning difficulties and work with colleagues to identify individual students with special needs.
3. Liaise with other professionals, such as social workers, speech therapists, and educational psychologists.
4. Liaise closely with parents and guardians to enable students to make academic progress and overcome social and emotional barriers to learning.
5. The candidate will also promote the school's ethos, vision, policies, and procedures effectively.
6. Must have a necessary knowledge of computer operation.
Qualification: - Bachelor’s Degree in Special Needs
Experience: - Minimum 3 years of teaching and minimum one-year administrative experience to Special Needs students
Is culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible, and able to work in a continuously changing environment.
