We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Officer to join our team. Who will be responsible for managing and coordinating various human resources activities, including but not limited to employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and Employee engagement.

Responsibilities:
· Design and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including management and employees, to ensure HR programs and initiatives are effectively implemented.
· Manage employee relations and handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and other sensitive issues.
· Develop and implement performance management programs that align with the organization's objectives and drive employee engagement.
