Job Description
- The candidate should be having good experience of managing supervisors and labors.
- Plan and oversee all HVAC related maintenance and repair work and develop an efficient system for dealing with emergency.
- Participate in the general cleaning and maintenance of the property.
- Order materials as needed and make recommendations of supplies and equipment for purchase with the approval of Chief Engineer and maintain necessary inventories.
- Perform HVAC maintenance work and emergency repair services as necessary / required. Conduct an ongoing program of general maintenance, upkeep, and repair with maintenance staff.
- Maintain records and prepare reports
- Be actively involved in Fit out inspection in coordination with Chief Engineer
- Handle the investor / customer complaints within the timeline
- Mentor staff to enhance their quality output
Perform any other tasks assigned by Chief Engineer.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of all sensitive matters relating to the business in general and Maintenance Department
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by Chief Engineer.
