Oversee and assess customer service staff activities and provide them with regular performance related feedback.
Monitor the daily activities of customer service the customer in a polite & effective manner.
Investigate and solve customer service complaints
Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities.
Desired Skills:
Proficient Knowledge of customer service and standard office practices and procedures proficient Computer Skills
Good Communication Skills, Both written and verbal. Preferably Bilingual.
outstanding organizational Skills.
Qualification : Diploma or Bachelor Degree
Experience : 5 years in any Customer service related profile
