JOB DESCRIPTION
We are searching for an experienced Instrumentation design Engineer who has experience in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Industry.
OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE
This individual will responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment control engineering systems, machinery.
DAILY AND WEEKLY TASKS
• Design and Draft Out Instrument, Electrical and Process Control
Deliverables (P&Id, Loop Drawings, Junction Box Drawings,
Wiring and Schematic Diagrams, Instrument Specification
Sheets, Layout Plans, Instrument Hook Ups, Bill of Materials,
Logic Diagrams)
• Knowledge of all safety design processes including HAZAN,
HAZOP, SIL (LOPA) Classification.
• Perform all assigned work to agreed Safety, Health &
Environmental standards and demonstrate a commitment to attaining high levels of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
performance.
• Produce or review instrument location drawings based on the
instrument database, EFDs and plant layout drawings
• Produce or review and comment on drawings and ensure that
the quality of design drawings produced for enquiry and
fabrication purposes is of satisfactory standard and in
accordance with the relevant Client specifications.
• Makes Necessary Calculations for Drawing Development.

• Capability to understand Project specific Drafting procedure
complying to quality procedures of Client.
• Transform AUTOCAD drawings into 3D drawings.
• Experience in developing Cable routing layouts, Hook-up
drawings, Instrument location layouts, Loop & Logic Diagrams,
Control System Architecture, cable tray sizing etc.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Instrument Designer.
• B.E/Btech in Instrumentation Engineering.
• Should have good knowledge in commissioning.
• Must Be Well Versed in Using AutoCAD, & Other Design
Software’s.
• Good Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Conflict-
Resolution Skills.
