Looking for a bilingual graphic designer full time or part time (in Kuwait) with the following requirements:

Proven graphic designing and video creation/editing skills

Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics/videos
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
