Overview/ Job Responsibilities
Provide wide variety of logistical support to coordinate and integrate such logistical functions as supply management, maintenance, transportation, logistics automation, and resources in achieving efficient and effective logistical support.
Ensure that Monthly reports (Hand Receipts, Cyclic Inventories, Sensitive Items Inventory) are maintained and Commanders are provided with copies of the Universal Resource Locator (URL).
Maintain an active Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) account.
Support the Property Book Officer (PBO) in ensuring that 100% accountability of equipment is maintained, all authorized equipment is on hand in accordance with the Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE)/ Table of Distribution Allowances (TDA), and all equipment requests are on valid requisitions or on redistribution orders.
Support the PBO in managing Excess Equipment and redistribution, and in monitoring unit supply personnel actions in Property Book and Unit–Enhanced (PBUSE)/ Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-A).
Support the PBO in maintaining property books and hand receipts utilizing PBUSE, Logistic Information Systems (LIS), Logistics Army Authorization Document System (LOGTAADS), MTOE and TDA, LIW, Common Table of Allowances (CTA), and SB 700-20.
Ensure that all supporting documents is filed in accordance with Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS).
Ensure correctness of all documentation, verify serial numbers, National Stock Numbers (NSN), Line Item Numbers (LIN) and Nomenclatures prior to issuing equipment.
Track transportation shipments in both the Military (Global Transportation Network) and commercial pipeline (i.e., vendor tracking systems) and take action to expedite delivery when required.
Support the Government in managing the Army Non-Tactical Vehicle Program in accordance with AR 58-1.
Prepare Transportation Control and Movement Documents (TCMD) in accordance with DOD Directive 4500.36 and DoDD 4500.09 to appropriate agencies as required for shipping Government equipment, supplies and materials.
Prepare and ship Government equipment, supplies and material via Central Receiving & Supply Point (CRSP), Official Mail, US Post Office and or any Port of Embarkation (POE).
Coordinate with all subordinate units to ensure that they are accessing, updating and reporting Modified Work Orders (MWO) applied through the Modification Management Information System (MMIS).
Maintain and update a Mission Stock Record Account (MSRA) in accordance with standard Army accountability procedures.
Use the Army Electronic Product System (AEPS), Department of Defense Electronic Mall (DoD E-MALL), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Customer Resources Requisitioning, and the Army supply system to order materials and parts.
Track transportation shipments in both the Army and commercial pipeline (i.e., Government Bill of Lading, FEDEX, etc.) and recommend to the Government on actions to expedite delivery when required or to resolve shipment discrepancies.
Support the PBO in preparing for Change of Command Inventories.
Process paperwork and turn equipment into Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO) and the Supply Support Activity (SSA).
Handle and ship Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) material as required and ensure that all HAZMAT material or equipment is identified and adheres to regulatory guidance and policies.
Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum High School diploma.
Minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in US Army logistics/supply with experience supporting tactical supply and logistics operations in Afghanistan
Proficiency in reading the Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) and know how to request changes to the MTOE.
Knowledgeable of governing DoD and Army supply regulations, policies, processes and procedures.
Knowledgeable of all aspects of transportation processes such as Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES), Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES), Transport Coordination–Automated Information Management System–II (TC-AIMS-II), and Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES).
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Possess current motor vehicle license.
Active Secret Clearance
Current Kuwait Visa

Desired Qualifications
40 hours of training and certification in the current STAMIS system of record (PBUSE/GCSS-A - PBO and Maintenance)
Baseline DoD 8570-1 certification (Typically Security+)
