A leading company in the business of Elevator installation and maintenance has an opportunity for a highly experienced "Maintenance Manager" to join the team.
Job Description:
1. Carry out maintenance planning that is consistent with the division strategy.
2. Direct the field operations in order to meet the department’s contractual obligations on time & within the budget.
3. Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards.
4. Participate in business reengineering projects designed to improve maintenance efficiency.
5. To confirm the accuracy of job in repair of elevators and escalators under maintenance.
6. To ensure a proper Material Management.
7. Lead & motivate the staff in elevators in order to maximize each individual’s contribution to achieving the business objectives whilst promoting employee’s development & job satisfaction.
8. Managing overall function of the Company assets, principal agency agreements, & potential market.
Job Qualifications:
1. Three (3) years of directly related experience.
2. Bachelor's degree Engineering (Mechanical or electrical) related field or five years’ experience relevant experience
