SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
• Developing and implementing quality standards
• In-charge of overseeing all piping and HVAC QA/QC work.
• Taking care of QA/QC documents for the entire project,
including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection
requests, non-compliance reports, site
instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered
and other QA/QC documents.
• Develop and determine all standards for performing
inspections and tests on all procedures and oversee all
testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for
all processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Mechanical Engineering
Principles (HVAC, CHW, and FLS design)
• Bachelors or Master's degree/Diploma in Building
Services/Mechanical Engineering
• Proven record as a project engineer on several projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have a good knowledge of buildability, construction
techniques, procurement routes, risk assessment, and
claim assessment.
