• Control the budgeting according to planning cost.
• Cost control in coordination with planning & cost control Department.
• Create plans for Cash flow and develop the reports to face all kinds of requirements of public administration both at the project level or broad level.
• Monitor the purchase of fixed assets according to the approved scheme
• Prepare budget estimates for the coming years
• Coordination with the chief accountant to process of applying ERP comprehensive of :
• Develop the list of accounts in line with the organizational structure.
• Develop a way to work in accounting departments until it successfully accommodator’s the application of ERP
• To participate in preparation the task manual (WBS)
• Supervision of coding process materials to be able to monitor the assets of the stores through the SAP software.
