Evaluate the functionality of business applications and ensure timely updates / upgrades to the systems in a controlled manner, as required.
Manage all stages of business application development and integration projects.
Provide technical and functional leadership in the design and development of Business Applications as well as identify suitable new and emerging technologies, develop business cases.
Manage the implementation of corporate departments/business unit’s specific business software.
Review and assess new business requirements.
Build and manage an exceptional relationship and partnership with external third-party service providers .
Act as the in-house expert on all software applications issues and provide advice and training.
Oversee programmers and applications development teams’ tasks.
Follow up and monitor the testing process within application development projects.
Lead and direct the development of system documentation and procedures .
Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager
