Madison Pearl have been mandated by a leading financial institution with massive growth strategies to hire a Technical Product Owner with a focus on evaluating and prioritising the work generated by a front-end squad. This ideal candidate would understand technical details of mobile programming languages (e.g Java, HTML) and have experience launching at least one digital product while working in a similar position. Key Responsibilities: Technical product ownership e.g., feature design, roadmap definition, UX/UI, etc. Collaborate and align with further product owners, technology teams, business counterparts and UX/UI designer closely Understand customer needs, industry/ market trends, technical requirements and business requirements and transfer these into app features or design Responsible to execute the digital strategy and maximise the product value, which is generated by the development team Lead and collaborate with a team of internal and external developers, designers and business individuals to provide empowering app experiences Support creating of test cases and automated tests Responsible to manage prioritization of product backlog (develop feature list, user stories and roadmaps) Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business Management or any related discipline • Master’s degree preferred Experience: Experience in software management in an agile way of working Experienced in owning and developing technical products with appealing UX Experienced launching at least one digital product Knowledgeable in technology trends and agile product development Experienced in leading a development team leveraging agile (e.g., SCRUM) Ability to understand business and IT implications of app development and usage (e.g. backend services required, performance requirements) Analytical, ability to think strategically and creatively Collaborative, good people management skills Interested candidates please apply to this advertisement directly or send your CV to daniel.brocklebank@madisonpearl.com *ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED*
